2017 Honda City Facelift is the most important car to the manufacturer in India as most of the sales in the premium segment is courtesy of the saloon

Honda has very few products in the Indian market that does good volumes and has a great reputation itself in the personal car buyer segment. The Honda City is one such car that is keeping the brand alive and kicking. Most other products just about do the job. Honda City enjoyed almost unparalleled monopoly till the rivals came one after the other and couldn’t make a dent. Hyundai stole the show by just offering a diesel motor. Honda did the same and Hyundai lost its crown. Ciaz came and couldn’t do much but the Hybrid diesel again took the Ciaz neck and neck with Honda City.

Now, Honda feels the heat a bit and almost after three years, the Japanese manufacturer wants to make sure it stays in the league. Much hyped Honda City Facelift launch is around the corner and someone has leaked the details. We give you the entire list to look forward to as the launched has commenced.

2017 Honda City Facelift Design and Dimensions

Earlier reports suggested that the car will look like the internationally sold Greiz sedan, but those rumors are now confirmed to be false. The car will sport entirely new design and will be very similar to the current car. There are major changes to head and tail lamps and now they have LEDs on both ends. We can see new alloy wheels being offered here. Bumper remains almost similar to the old car. Grille is all new and will follow the new design seen on new cars such as Amaze and Brio.
