2018 Toyota Camry when it comes to design and mechanicals on offer seems to be on right path to dominate most markets in the world

Toyota has just unveiled the 2018 Toyota Camry for the US market at the Detroit Motor Show and looks stunning to say the least. Now in its Eighth generation, the Camry is America’s most popular sedan and this time around it is the most advanced Camry till date as well. The 2018 Camry is based on the same Toyota New Global Architecture (TNGA) that the next Corolla will also be based on. Toyota has increased the cars wheelbase by around 5cm, elongating it to 4859 mm.

The exterior design language of the new Camry is derived from the Toyota’s design “Keen Look” philosophy. The car gets larger air intakes and blacked out grilles for a comparatively sporty treatment which continues till the end with quad exhaust pipes and a trunk diffuser. However, these sporty touches are only available on the V6 powered variant.

2018 Toyota Camry Interior and Features:

Toyota has used much more upmarket materials for the 2018 Toyota Camry and it has also installed better ergonomic seats for more comfort for the occupants as well. The new cars dashboard design is a mixture of old cars design with new elements such as an infotainment system that now flows downward with the design of the car, yet is accompanied by a wood trim.
