India Bike Week, presented by Gulf Syntrac, is firing up for its
landmark 12th edition with a bold new twist. In a remarkable turnaround executed within an
exceptionally short time frame—and driven by circumstances completely outside the control of the
organisers —IBW has shifted its 2025 home from Goa to the majestic Deccan hills of Panchgani,
Maharashtra, due to the on-going Zilla Parishad elections in Goa now being rescheduled to the
IBW dates.
Set along mist-kissed plateaus and dramatic mountain bends, IBW 2025 will transform Panchgani
into a high-altitude playground for riders nationwide. It’s shaping up to be something truly special
— new trails, cooler winds, bonfire nights, camping, after-parties, and of course, the iconic India
Bike Week experience. It’s a festival setting unlike anything IBW has done before.
This edition also promises IBW’s most expansive line-up yet, offering immersive motorcycling
experiences across multiple terrains—from hill climbs and mud trails to manufacturer-led road
tests—alongside performances, interactions, and adrenaline-charged adventures that celebrate the
ever-evolving world of motorcycling in India.

IBW’s 12th edition raises the stakes with high-adrenaline showcases including the Endurance Stunt
Show by Pol Tarres powered by Gulf Syntrac, the Wheelie Experience by Aprilia, and India’s
largest Test Ride Arena featuring the majority of India’s premium motorcycle line-up—now
including a showcase by the Gulf TrackHouse MotoGP Team.
Over 10 thrilling riding experiences await, from the Pulsar Stunt School to a dedicated Kids’ Mini
Moto Track by Vida’s Dirt-E K3, along with masterclasses led by expert creators and renowned
overlanders. Fans of competitive racing will also get an up-close view of the action at FMSCI-
backed tracks such as the IBW Hill Climb by Reise Moto and Harley-Davidson Flat Track Race,
further cementing IBW’s commitment to elevating riding culture. Adding to the excitement, the
ŠKODA Kodiaq All-Wheel Drive Track makes its debut, offering hands-on driving and off-road
challenges.
Presented by Carlsberg Elephant Strong Soda, the festival’s music line-up maintains IBW’s highenergy vibe with standout performances by King, Karan Kanchan, Sugga Honey, along with a
Harley-Davidson Rock Riders’ Music featuring Antariksh. From soaring melodies to electrifying
beats, the soundtrack will fuel two unforgettable days of celebration in the hills. The Jameson
Connects Howling Dog Stage will come alive with performances such as Hamza Rahimtula & The
Folkstars, Hideaway All Stars, DJ Russell & DJ Black Jack

IBW’s iconic Big Trip stage returns with its most compelling line-up yet. Twelve exceptional
speakers—including global overlanding legends Simon & Lisa Thomas, trailblazer Elspeth Beard,
Zubin Jaafar and celebrated storytellers Kshitij Saxena, Gautham AG, Candida Louis, and Maral
Yazarloo—will bring powerful narratives of grit, resilience, and exploration.
ELECTRIC MOBILITY & SUSTAINABILITY
Vida leads IBW’s sustainability efforts this year, supporting operations with EV scooters and
championing eco-friendly practices across the venue. Measures include dry-waste recycling
stations, Gulf EV Charging Points, and comprehensive waste management—ensuring thrilling
rides coexist with responsible adventure.
GLOBAL TRAVELLERS & STORYTELLERS
IBW 2025 brings together an inspiring mix of celebrated travellers and creators including Simon &

A vibrant hub for art, culture, and community, the JAMESON CONNECTS Howling Dog space
brings together creators, rider groups, and lifestyle influencers—from Vintage Zoroastrian Bikers
and CRF Women on Wheels to Moto Fitness by FiTanisha and unique art-bike collaborations from
Arjun Raina, and Anil Charanjeett.
