MV Agusta is set to unveil the 2026 model year Brutale 800 at EICMA, which serves as the entry-level bike in their lineup. This sleek machine is powered by a 798cc three-cylinder engine that is now Euro 5+ compliant, bumping up its output to 113 hp and delivering 85 Nm of torque—an increase of 2 hp from the previous model.
One of the standout features is the MotoGP-style counter-rotating crankshaft, designed to enhance agility for a more dynamic ride. Coupled with a stunning triple exhaust, it promises to deliver the iconic sound that MV Agusta is known for. The bike boasts a 6-speed gearbox equipped with the EAS system for seamless gear transitions.
Its robust steel trellis frame is complemented by a fully adjustable 43 mm Marzocchi fork and a Sachs shock absorber, ensuring top-notch handling. The braking system is upgraded with new Brembo M4.32 calipers paired with 320 mm discs for reliable stopping power, and the choice of Bridgestone S22 tires as standard adds to its performance pedigree.
The advanced 6-axis inertial platform takes care of traction control, cornering ABS, and the RLM system, offering four distinct ride modes to choose from. Riders will appreciate the 5.5-inch TFT display, which provides full connectivity and integrates seamlessly with the MV Ride app. Additionally, the Advanced Connectivity Device enhances security with anti-theft features and geolocation capabilities.
The 2026 Brutale 800 shines in a striking matte Rosso Ago livery and comes with a reassuring five-year warranty, making it a compelling choice for motorcycle enthusiasts.
