Leaked spy images show that Mahindra is preparing a minor facelift for the Scorpio N SUV, featuring subtle exterior updates and key cabin enhancements. The updated model is anticipated to launch in the near future.
On the exterior, the design remains largely identical to the outgoing model. The main visual update is a set of redesigned alloy wheels along with minor adjustments to the headlight setup. Surrounding elements—including the front grille, scorpion-tail fog lamp housings, front and rear bumpers, LED taillights, silver roof rails, and body cladding—are retained without changes.
Inside, the Scorpio N facelift maintains the brown-and-black dual-tone color scheme while incorporating new display technology inspired by the Thar Roxx. This includes a free-standing 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen paired with a matching 10.25-inch fully digital instrument cluster. To accommodate the new screen layout, the central air vents have been relocated beneath the main display, and the lower console receives updated switchgear. The vehicle is also expected to offer a panoramic sunroof alongside existing equipment such as a wireless charging pad, dual-zone climate control, a 12-speaker Sony audio system, a powered driver’s seat, and ventilated front seats.
Under the hood, the powertrain lineup is expected to carry over unchanged. The option list includes a 2.0-litre direct-injection turbo-petrol engine generating 203 hp, alongside a 2.2-litre diesel engine available in 132 hp and 175 hp states of tune. Both engines are paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque-converter automatic transmission, with four-wheel-drive capability remaining available on select diesel variants. Pricing is expected to see a slight increase over the current range of ₹13.49 lakh to ₹24.95 lakh (ex-showroom), as the model continues to compete against rivals such as the Hyundai Alcazar, Tata Safari, and MG Hector.
