Bajaj Auto Ltd., the most valuable two-wheeler and three-wheeler company in the world, today introduced the 2025 Pulsar NS400Z, the ultimate streetfighter, built for those who stand apart. A year into its launch, over 20,000 Pulsar NS400Z’s ride the streets of the country, which is testament to the bike’s appeal & prowess. The new variant features upgraded technology, shaped by customer feedback. Bajaj Auto has thus brought a sharper, and more powerful machine. There is a possibility of the old version to continue on sale as a new variant, something that was discussed a possibility at last years launch. 2025 Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z will be available at a price of INR 1,92,328 (ex-showroom Delhi).
The Upgrades:
The new and improved Pulsar NS400Z sports all new features:
The 373cc beast now delivers 43PS, up from 40PS, supported by a revised valvetrain, cam timings and intake duct.
A forged piston, for better thermal stability, reduced friction and improved durability, to handle the extra power.
0-60kmph in 2.7 seconds, down from 3.2 sec and 0 to 100kmph in 6.4 seconds down from 7.5 sec, with an improved top-speed of 157 kmph from 150 kmph, without compromising on the fuel efficiency.
Redesigned radiator cowl, for improved heat dissipation, away from the riders’ legs.
New radial tyres in the front and rear, with a beefier 150 cross section rear tyre, for improved grip, and better feedback.
With a more powerful engine, the bike features a sintered brake pad for the front with improved stopping distance.
Pioneering Technology:
Bajaj Auto has produced pioneering technology of a clutch-less full throttle gear shifting system also known as a ‘quickshifter’. This innovation is based on insights gathered from rider behavior in Sports mode.
This sensor-less system has been designed for high-performance riding; it can be activated only in Sports mode.
