Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd. sales in the domestic PV Domestic (includes EV) stood at 57,436 units over 47,063 in November last year, marking a 22.0% increase. Mahindra announced that its overall auto sales for the month of November 2025 stood at 92,670 vehicles, a growth of 19% including exports. In the Utility Vehicles segment, Mahindra sold 56,336 vehicles in the domestic market, a growth of 22%. Hyundai total monthly sales of 50,340 units with just a increase of 4% over Tata and Mahindra’s surprisingly same increase of 22%.
This marks the substantial increase Indian manufacturers have gained over Hyundai India despite a large portfolio but most of them now underperforming. This makes Tata maintains its second position in the Indian market below Maruti Suzuki India. In November 2025, Maruti Suzuki India Limited sold a total of 229,021 units, which is its highest-ever monthly sales volume. Total sales in the month include domestic sales of 174,593 units, sales to other OEM of 8,371 units and exports of 46,057 units. Notably, the exports reached an all-time monthly high
