Mahindra has introduced a 6-seater configuration for the XEV 9S, with prices starting at Rs 25.25 lakh (ex-showroom). This seating layout, which features separate captain seats in the second row instead of the standard 7-seat arrangement, is available on the Pack Two Above, Pack Three, and Pack Three Above variants. The interior is equipped with a triple-screen display system that includes a central touchscreen, a digital instrument cluster, and a dedicated passenger-side screen. Additional features include a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, automatic climate control with rear AC vents, a 360-degree camera system, and Level 2 ADAS.
The XEV 9S is offered with three battery capacity options: 59 kWh, 70 kWh, and 79 kWh, providing an estimated driving range of up to 679 km. It is powered by a single, rear-mounted electric motor that produces 282 BHP and 380 Nm of torque. For performance, the vehicle has a stated 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 7.0 seconds and reaches a top speed of 202 km/h.
