BMW Group India has expanded its footprint through major dealership developments by Krishna Automotive in Hyderabad and Navnit Motors in Mumbai. In Hyderabad, Krishna Automotive has strengthened its operations by opening a comprehensive service workshop and a dedicated BMW Premium Selection (BPS) facility, complementing its existing Retail.NEXT showroom at Mahaveer Gateway in Gachibowli. Spanning over 19,300 square feet at Balanagar, the new Hyderabad facility features a 15-bay service workshop—including mechanical, electrical, body and paint, and Repair and Technical Consulting (RATC) bays—alongside a BPS display space for pre-owned vehicles and a lifestyle area. According to BMW Group India President and CEO Hardeep Singh Brar and Krishna Automotive Dealer Principal Sachit Passi, this expanded infrastructure aims to offer customers in Telangana an integrated journey covering new vehicle choices, certified pre-owned models, and expert aftersales support under one roof.

Meanwhile, in Mumbai, Navnit Motors has inaugurated India’s largest BMW service workshop, built in accordance with Retail.NEXT standards. Located at Andheri East, this massive facility covers approximately 115,000 square feet and houses 53 service bays—comprising service consultation, diagnostic, mechanical and electrical, and body and paint bays—along with specialized electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, high-voltage experts, and a dedicated BMW M Zone. Senior Vice President Ralf Hattler and Hardeep Singh Brar emphasized that the Mumbai workshop anchors the “Relax. We Care.” aftersales philosophy by blending high-capacity digital workflows, such as the MyBMW app, personalized service videos, and real-time vehicle tracking. Furthermore, the Mumbai facility integrates sustainability features like solar power meeting 20% of its electricity needs, 100% wastewater recycling for car washing, and a zero-waste approach for solid and toxic waste.
