The Himalayan 750 is a powerful new expression of the original Himalayan
spirit. In 2016, the Himalayan 411 created an entirely new category by making adventure motorcycling
accessible to all and starting a global movement. It was born out of decades of insights and experiences,
shaped by the intrepid riders who rode their Royal Enfields into the highest mountain passes. The OG
411 was followed by the globally acclaimed Himalayan 450, and more recently, the 440 which was
launched by popular demand.
The Himalayan 750 carries forward this tradition of being built by riders, for riders – but in a new avatar
that is designed to seek new horizons and new adventures, and to roam far from home.
Like its stablemates, the Himalayan 750 is engineered for a visceral riding experience. It is equipped
with the right balance of technology to support the rider, ensuring it never overshadows the raw,
untamed spirit of the journey.
With a spine of steel, the Himalayan 750 is designed to take riders further than they have ever been
before. At its core sits a characterful 743cc air/oil-cooled parallel-twin that serves up 63 Nm of torque at
5,000 RPM. With 90% of that power available from as low as 3,500 RPM, it provides unrelenting muscle
to tackle any terrain and to move mountains.
Engineered for all riding styles, the Himalayan 750 transforms its character at the touch of a button. The
five curated ride modes, a six-axis Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), cornering ABS and lean-sensitive
traction control, cruise control, a 19″ and 17″ tubeless setup with cast and spoked wheels, and more,
keep the rider firmly in control – on all roads, no roads and everything in between. Enhancing its touring
DNA are features like adjustable windscreen, independent rider and pillion seats, and a 195kg payload
capacity, making it a machine made for days or weeks in the saddle.
Speaking about the Himalayan 750, B. Govindarajan, Managing Director – Eicher Motors Ltd. and
Chief Executive Officer – Royal Enfield, said, “A decade ago we created the middle-weight adventure
touring category. Since then, the Himalayan, with a community of over 320,000 riders around the world,
has grown from a motorcycle built for the mountains into a brand that has inspired riders to explore
the world on their own terms. The response to the Himalayan 450 and its 440 stablemate introduced
earlier this year, reinforces the enduring love for the Himalayan family and the spirit of exploration.
The Himalayan 750 is a powerful new expression of the Himalayan spirit. We are taking the Himalayan
legacy even further by bringing together a decade of learning. Our first 750cc motorcycle is built for
riders looking to cross borders, take on diverse terrains, and experience the freedom of going
anywhere. It blends an authentic, purposeful design with technology that supports the rider, but never
leads the way. The result is a machine that offers the unfiltered character riders crave, alongside
enhanced capability to take their adventures further than ever before.”
The making of a legend
Since 1955, Royal Enfields have ventured deep into the Himalayas, a terrain we call our spiritual home.
In 2016, the mountains welcomed one of its own – the Himalayan 411. A motorcycle that made
adventure accessible for a new generation and grew into a global movement. What followed was a
decade of exploring and evolving alongside a tribe of thousands of riders, across continents and around
the world. It led to the birth of the Himalayan 450 in 2023 – a new spartan take on adventure, born in
the high Himalayas.
In 2026, a new Himalayan is born, carrying the ruggedness and spartan simplicity of its stablemates into
a new realm of adventure. Designed to wander far from its birthplace and seek out off-grid horizons, it
is engineered for new frontiers and new adventures – not to go where technology leads it, but to forge
its own way, untamed and unassisted, and deliver a full-flavoured hit of pure adventure. The Himalayan
750 pairs a powerful new heart with the same soul and spirit that began the Himalayan story, with every
kilometre of experience and every terrain traversed over the last decade built into its bones.
Bookings for the Himalayan 750 open on November 3, 2026 across Europe through royalenfield.com
and authorized dealerships.
In addition to the top-of-the-line variant available in Antarctic Silver, the motorcycle will be
available with spoked wheel option in Viking Bronze and Siberia White colourways, and cast wheel
option in Aztec Green and Tectonic Black colourways.
