Bajaj Auto, the world’s most valuable 2-wheeler and 3-wheeler company, successfully concluded the Amul Clean Fuel Rally powered by Bajaj Freedom CNG in New Delhi. The pioneering initiative covered over 2,000 kilometres from Pune to Delhi, with an additional 800-kilometer segment from Jammu to Delhi, featuring 24 riders.
The rally showcased the Bajaj Freedom CNG’s capabilities across varied Indian terrains while highlighting its environmental and economic benefits. The motorcycle’s performance validated its design for long-distance comfort, featuring an ergonomic seating position and cushioned long seat that minimized rider fatigue.
Throughout the journey, the Bajaj Freedom 125 demonstrated consistent performance across Maharashtra’s highways, Gujarat’s flatlands, and Rajasthan’s challenging terrain. The motorcycle delivered an efficiency of 100 km per kg of CNG, reducing riding costs by 50% compared to conventional fuels. The quick-refuelling CNG system proved efficient, requiring less than a minute for tank fills.
