Citroën brand, under Stellantis India, continues to expand its presence in key markets with the launch of three new touchpoints in Tamil Nadu. This latest expansion strengthens Citroën’s commitment to delivering innovative and customer-centric automotive experiences in India.

Citroën’s La Maison showrooms are known for their unique phygital approach, combining digital innovation with immersive brand experiences. The new dealerships are designed to provide a seamless and personalized journey for customers, featuring interactive digital interfaces, a state-of-the-art 3D configurator, and a dedicated service center to ensure top-tier aftersales support.

Speaking at the inaugurations, Shishir Mishra, Brand Director – Citroën India, said, “Tamil Nadu is home to Citroën and an extremely important market. We are excited to expand our network in the state with the new Citroën dealership in Tirunelveli and two Stellantis Brand Houses in Madurai and Trichy. Our focus is on providing customers with an effortless and premium ownership experience, supported by our innovative product lineup, advanced digital ecosystem, and best-in-class aftersales service.”

As part of Stellantis’ vision for an enhanced customer experience, the new dealerships are equipped with a range of services. The Trichy Brand House operates as a 3S facility, while the Madurai Brand House offers 1S+2S services (sales, service, and spare parts). The Citroën dealership in Tirunelveli is a full 3S facility, ensuring that customers receive comprehensive support, from sales to aftersales service. Customers will have access to the entire Citroën range, including the C5, C3, eC3, C3 Aircross, and Basalt, while Stellantis Brand Houses will also feature Jeep models like the Compass and Meridian.

The new facilities are designed with cutting-edge infrastructure, modern diagnostic equipment, and dedicated service teams trained to provide the highest standards of maintenance and repair. Citroën’s advanced digital ecosystem further enhances the customer journey with features like ATAWADAC (“Anytime, Anywhere, Any Device, Any Content”) reception bar and a high-definition 3D configurator.

The Citroen network is spread across the state with 10 POS.
