Looks like Bajaj Auto is going into full speed to update its Pulsar lineup. After launching the Pulsar NS200 and more recently the Pulsar N250, Bajaj is working on updating the Pulsar RS200. Although the manufacturer is yet to announce the launch date, we believe that the new RS 200 will be launched in India in the coming months. The RS200 is the only motorcycle in the Pulsar range yet to receive an update. Do not expect RS 200 to be updated with new panels.
The motorcycle may get a new digital console with Bluetooth connectivity and LED turn signals. These will then likely include LED lights and new paint schemes. However, we are not sure if Bajaj will offer the traction control and ABS systems available, like on the Pulsar N250.
The motorcycle is also expected to feature a USD fork for added stability and feedback. Meanwhile, it will be continued to be offered with a 199.5cc liquid-cooled engine that produces 24.1PS at 9750rpm and 18.7Nm of peak torque at 8000rpm. The engine is mated to a six-speed manual transmission. It will compete with the recently launched Hero Karizma XMR and Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 which will be updated in late 2024 or early 2025.
