Mahindra’s Truck and Bus Division (MTBD) and Construction Equipment Division (MCE), a part of the Mahindra Group, today launched its latest offerings at EXCON 2023, demonstrating their commitment to innovation and reliability. The “Naya India ka Naya Tipper” Mahindra BLAZO X m-DURA and new CEV5 range of Construction Equipment’s are set to redefine the standards in their respective categories, offering advanced features and compliance with the latest industry norms.

The BLAZO X m-DURA heralds a new era in tipper technology in India. With its well-proven, robust, and dependable aggregates, this range, available in 28T and 35T GVW categories, sets new standards for performance and durability.

The Double Service Guarantee, which offers a 36-hour Turnaround Time (TAT) and 48-hour Uptime to ensure maximum productivity for the users, is one of its primary highlights. Furthermore, the range offers up to 10 tipper fleets with round-the-clock onsite support, giving customers’ unmatched peace of mind. The BLAZO X m-DURA is more than just a truck; with Mahindra IMAXX advanced telematics, it is a comprehensive solution for the modern transporter.

The MCE CEV5 Range debuted with two flagship offerings: The RoadMaster G100, the high power Motor grader, is designed to meet the forthcoming CEV5 emission standards. Its 102 HP engine and 440 NM torque make it an excellent grader for road construction, especially on state and national highways.

The new EarthMaster SX also complies with CEV5 emission regulations. It is a versatile backhoe loader with a 74 HP engine, a new larger and more comfortable cabin, and iMAXX telematics technology, ensuring improved performance and efficiency.

Tata Motors showcased its trucks and tippers engineered to perfectly suit the construction and infrastructure sectors, along with vehicles powered by green fuels, including Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) and battery electric. It also unveiled its wide range of aggregates, including engines designed for industrial equipment, axles and gensets.

JK TYRE AT EXCON

At the forefront of technological evolution, JK Tyre, India’s premier tyre manufacturer, today launched 11 new Off-the-Road (OTR) tyres at the 12th edition of South Asia’s largest construction equipment trade fair, CII EXCON 2023, in Bangalore. The new addition to the company’s product portfolio reaffirms the brand’s commitment to propelling innovation in the industry.

Introduced at the exhibition, the all-new JK Tyre 18.00–25 40PR Port Champion Plus is JK Tyre’s Next-Gen Port Tyre, designed specifically for Reach Stackers (container handling equipment). The tyre provides excellent durability, mileage, and steering ability during the operation owing to its deep tread and accurate pattern with heavy rubber in the center.

Along with the Port Champion Plus tyre, the company has introduced 10 new tyre variants for diverse applications in the construction segment. The 17.5-25 20PR GTL Plus E3/L3 and 13.00-24 16PR GTL Champ G3, with their high traction, are designed to support Motor Graders operations with their durability on the harshest terrain. Known for its high tread depth, the Hard Rock Champion series’ new addition, 12.00-20 20PR E4, is suitable for the mining tipper trucks functioning in the rough terrain of the mining sites.

Globally available TVS Eurogrip’s flagship products for the construction segment were displayed at Hall 4, A11 & A12, Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru.

Tyres for a wide range of applications like soil compactors, skid steer loaders, back hoe loaders, industrial tractors, wheel loaders, dump trucks, motor graders were showcased at the show.

Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) India today marked a significant milestone in its commitment to sustainability ambitions with the biggest showcase of electric machines in India at Excon 2023, South Asia’s largest Construction Equipment event. India-developed and designed electric compactors, DD40 and PT220 were showcased as technology concepts. The DD40 Electric Compactor features advanced instrumentation, zero-emission operation, and reliable charging, offering users the potential to experience energy cost reductions of up to 50%, while the PT220 Electric is ideal for environmentally sensitive areas with strict emission regulations, ensuring cleaner and quieter construction operations. Both products establish Volvo CE’s advanced engineering capabilities and dedication to sustainable local solutions for the Indian market in line with Atmanirbhar Bharat focus of the government.

Volvo CE also displayed the EC210D, their champion 20-ton excavator that demonstrates performance and productivity. Beyond electric innovation, Volvo CE is highlighting its commitment to supporting customer success with new-age service solutions which include Equipment as a Service, productivity, and uptime services. The EaaS business model is a value-added scalable service that bundles state-of-the-art equipment with efficiency measures and unlocks the customer’s business potential by eliminating concerns about high capital costs, skilled manpower, and technology updates therefore making the switch to electric machines easier.
