Nexa Service Centers will offer high quality after sales experience to its discreet customers to make sure Maruti takes its game plan to the next level
Maruti Suzuki launched its NEXA showrooms in July two years back, this is a dealership network for all Maruti Suzuki’s premium range of cars like the S-Cross, Baleno, Vitara Brezza and much more to come. Despite these cars are being sold through the NEXA dealership network the service of the cars are done at Maruti Suzuki’s regular service outlets.
As Maruti tries its best to keep the customers happy, now they are gearing up to launch exclusive service facilities for its privileged NEXA customers. These facilities are more or less expected to start in another six months.
At this time, for the customers to get their car serviced, NEXA has three options:
• The customer can call up their relationship manager and get the car serviced at home.
• The customer can also have the car picked up and taken to the workshop for service and maintenance and have it delivered the same day.
• The customer can go over to the service workshop with the relationship manager to ensure that he or she gets the same level of premium treatment at the workshop too.
As of now the company has 127 NEXA dealerships all over India. The company also plans to add another 123 outlets by this year. Up till now, there have been more than 70,000 cars sold through this network and the waiting period compared to other cars, the Baleno is long.
Over the next 3 years, Maruti Suzuki has an expectation that cars sold through NEXA will account for 15% of its total sales. Since a year, the company has launched the Baleno RS and Ignis, which are being sold through these showrooms.
