A report of another high-end VW group high end crashes in Mumbai. A traffic accident occurred on Mumbai’s Coastal Road behind Breach Candy Hospital around 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, resulting in minor injuries to a young girl. According to the police, a Porsche 911 GTS HYBRID lost control, struck a road divider, and subsequently collided with an Ertiga travelling behind it. The number plates were quickly taken off the car for privacy reasons. The driver of the Porsche was uninjured due to the deployment of the vehicle’s airbags.
The injured girl, who was a passenger in the Ertiga alongside her parents, received medical treatment at a nearby hospital. The Gamdevi police have sent the Porsche driver for medical tests to evaluate if the individual was operating the vehicle under the influence. Inspector S. Ugale stated that a First Information Report (FIR) will be registered against the driver, and officials are currently awaiting the blood test results. The incident caused temporary traffic congestion before the affected lane was cleared.
