The Renault Duster is making a comeback in India, with the 2026 model now officially unveiled. Although pricing details are still pending, this SUV boasts a modern design and a refreshed interior packed with advanced features, including turbo-petrol and robust hybrid engine options. Renault India has set a target of 1 lakh bookings for the Duster big bad comeback. This will include hybrid optiond despite it is slated for late 2026 deliveries. Renault becomes the only SUV that will compete with every single competitor in its class purely because of its powertrains by 2027. However, before that it squarely aims at the Germans and Koreans with its two turbo petrol engines, one of them which is used in the Mercedes and Nissan units.
The price for the new Renault Duster is expected to be announced by mid-March 2026, with estimates starting around Rs 9 lakh (ex-showroom). Deliveries for the turbo-petrol variants are anticipated to begin in mid-April, while the hybrid variant is set to arrive around November 2026, just in time for Diwali.
