On the eve of India’s 79th Independence Day, Renault India unveiled a striking 30 ft x 30 ft hand-painted art installation fused with carmaker’s diamond-shaped logo near Terminal 3 of Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi.
The iconic installation is a bold statement and embodiment of the French carmaker’s India centric renault.rethink. transformation strategy. The landmark art installation serves not only as a tribute to India’s rich artistic heritage, but also as a reflection of Renault India’s unique Indo-French dual legacy.
The art piece illustration reimagines the grandeur of ancient Indian culture through the lens of contemporary street culture, music, and youth expression. It blends iconic Delhi architecture with urban fashion, musical instruments, and modern body language, creating a vibrant pop-futuristic narrative.
“This installation is more than art; it is a cultural dialogue. It is a heartfelt celebration of India’s vibrant culture, woven seamlessly with Renault’s French design sensibilities.” said Francisco Hidalgo, Vice President – Renault India. “Unveiling it on Independence Day is our tribute to the spirit of India — a nation rooted in tradition yet constantly reimagining its future.”
Strategically positioned at one of India’s busiest travel hubs, the installation invites millions of travellers to pause, reflect, and experience Renault’s unique take on creativity.
