Skoda India introduces the My Skoda Mobile App For Better Service Interaction and help connect to the brand better

Skoda Auto India has launched the My Skoda mobile APP that will give a single-window interface between a ŠKODA customer and the brand. The app is set to give transparency and provides a hassle-free ownership experience for every ŠKODA owner in the country. This is part of Skoda’s Rs 100 crore investment towards improving the ownership experience

The My Skoda Mobile App connects Skoda Owners with Skoda India’s digital ecosystem. The APP provides access to the entire service history of their vehicle for starters. More importantly, the app will allow customers to know the cost of various parts and estimate the cost of each service. More like a virtual job card. The My Skoda Mobile App will give features including booking a service appointment, locating a dealer nearby and connect you to the SKODA ’s Customer Care team. App also provides Itemized billing record for every service interaction

My Skoda Mobile App aids owners to remotely monitor their car’s service cycle, Warranty, Insurance & Road-Side Assistance expiry dates. ŠKODA owners and APP users can also easily update their personal details, store important ownership-related documents, refer to previous jobs carried out on the car, receive important notifications while browsing through the app. Any update made through the app gets registered in the Skoda database.The brand’s Simply Clever philosophy where Skoda has used the technology to improve the overall experience with the brand. Skoda India is also modernizing the appearance of its dealer network and introducing many customers initiatives as part of this transformation.

Key highlight include The MyGarage feature gives Skoda customers details about their vehicles such as Service Due Date, Insurance, Warranty, Extended Warranty, Road Side Assistance and other Maintenance schemes. MyGarage will also give a chance to view and update their contact details so they can be contacted by Skoda at any given point for important updates. The MyDocuments will help customers keep a tab on all important documents like Registration Certificates, Insurance Policies, PUC Certificates, Road Side Assistance among other important documents.

Using the My Skoda Mobile App owners can now book a service with this App. The feature requests users to enter the preferred dealer, service date and type of service post which a Skoda representative contacts them to confirm the booking. Customers can also mention service concerns in a designated section. Then the customer can be in touch with the cars updates. The Service Cost Calculator also, will make the entire service experience completely transparent.

The fuel cost calculator will help keep a track of routine fuel expenses. All a customer needs to do is, add the amount spent, the quantity of fuel and enter the date the car was fuelled. The app will then keep up a log of the cost and mileage. There is also a GPS-enabled Dealer locater which will enable customers to use smartphone technology to find their nearest dealers while traveling through the country and be able to contact them.
