2017 KTM DUKE 200 Spied Testing For The First Time will be launched before or after the DUke 390 that has been spied before
KTM is all set to bring in new models of the already existing bikes in the market today. The bikes in question are the Duke 200 and 390. We have broken all 390 related spyshots are videos first and this time we can see the new Duke 200 being tested for the first time. These clear pictures along with detail shots tell us that what we have expected from this motorcycle. Styling wise as we can see the new SuperDuke look is here and it has a very sharp headlight along with overall very edgy design.
There is a new instrumentation on the bike as we all know it is set to get a mobile phone look-alike speedo mere which will connect to your mobile and provide navigation. The ignition key hole has changed to a much more super bike location which is just ahead of the tank to make sure speedometer sits plush and flush. There will be a new sub frame on the bike most likely with the old chassis being just about modified enough to make sure the new adventure models that will come in 2019 use the same platform. Suspension duties seem to be the same but damping will be different than before to suit our roads even beter. Expect engine to have ride by wire and Euro 4 complaint.
The bike in question here is said to be the Duke 200. The Duke 200 engine is all set to be revised too as it has had changes in past two years when it comes refinement. We expect more power and torque from this engine. We also expect to see revised gearing to make sure it stay sharp and surefooted but also fun and calm on the highway. 30 PS of power and 22-23 Nm of torque is what we think it could make. Expect pricing to go up slightly, but still remain very much value for money as before. KTM has proven that these motorcycles can be serious fun and they are easy to afford without any major drawbacks.
