The new 390 Adventure and 390 Adventure X have been launched at extremely brilliant prices!
Before we discuss the technical differences between these two motorcycles, let’s discuss their similarities. Both models are powered by the same engine as the new Duke 390, which produces 46 hp and 39 Nm of torque. Both have the same mainframe and subframe, and are similar in design. But the rest is different. Let’s start with the 390 Adventure, which we saw before its launch at IBW. The most surprising aspect for most people is that the 2025 390 Adventure has a seat height of 825mm, 30mm lower than the previous model. Despite the lower seat height, the bike now has a base of 227mm, 27mm higher than before.
The 2025 Adventure 390 has more suspension travel than before, now 200mm at the front and 205mm at the rear. Unlike previous bikes that used 19/17″ spokeless wheels, the 2025 bikes use 21/17″ spokeless wheels. The front wheel spacing is 320mm and the rear wheel spacing is 240mm. The 2025 Adventure 390 weighs 183kg, 6kg more than the previous model despite having the same 14.5-litre fuel tank.

The 390 Adventure also comes with a host of rider assistance systems, including three riding modes – Off-road, Road and Rain – cornering ABS (switchable), a bi-directional quickshifter and, a first for a sub-500cc ADV in India, cruise control. . Control. Control. All these features are controlled via a 5″ TFT display found on the latest Duke models. As for the 390 Adventure X, the bike is in the premium segment at its price point and has a wider range for this generation. However, it handles exactly like the standard 390 Adventure but with 19/17″ wheels and non-adjustable suspension. The seat height, ground clearance and fuel economy of the X are the same as the 390 Adventure.

But at 182kg, the X is 1kg lighter than the top-of-the-line model. The X is not as technologically sophisticated as the 2025 390 Adventure, and it only gets front-wheel ABS and a two-speed manual transmission. Both bikes are available in two colour options – Orange and White.
