Engineered to set a new benchmark in the 160cc category, the new motorcycles combine intuitive intelligence, exhilarating performance, advanced technology and aggressive styling to deliver an adrenaline-filled riding experience for the new generation of performance enthusiasts.
Since its introduction, the Pulsar N160 range has emerged as one of the fastest-growing motorcycles in the segment. The model has grown at 60% in the first six months of this calendar year, thrice the rate for relevant industries. It is the most searched sports motorcycle model online and a strong favourite among young riders with 70% of its customers being under 35 years. Its success is built on the strong customer acceptance of its refined performance, projector LED headlamp, Gold USD forks, comfortable single seat and sporty streetfighter styling. The range expansion with N160 S and N160 SS builds on its success and offers even more performance, intelligence and relevant features for riding enthusiasts who want the best of motorcycling experience. The N160 will continue to be available.
At the heart of both motorcycles is the new Intelligent Throttle (ETB), enabling a smarter, more responsive riding experience while unlocking advanced rider technologies like throttle control, ride modes and crawl tech. This intelligence is paired with an all new 4V 165cc engine.
Below are the highlights of these new models :
● 4-Valve Engine
The advanced 165cc 4-valve engine delivers 18.5 PS, the highest power among motorcycles in the segment, with the fastest 0–60 km/h acceleration in just 4.5 seconds, the fastest in the segment.
● Intelligent Throttle (ETB)
The Intelligent Throttle continuously optimizes throttle response, delivering smoother power delivery and enabling advanced rider technologies for improved control and rideability.
● ETB-enabled Ride Modes
4 ETB responsive ride modes (Rain, Sport, Road and Off-road) adapt the motorcycle’s performance to different riding conditions, allowing riders to choose the ride character from everyday commuting to spirited riding; from keeping safe on wet surfaces to enjoying off road trails with confidence.
● Responsive Traction Control – (Pulsar N160 SS)
Powered by the Intelligent Throttle (ETB), the highly responsive Traction Control improves rider confidence by helping maintain grip across varying road conditions.

Crawl Technology enables smooth low-speed movement even in high gears without the need for frequent gear changes or using the clutch. This makes navigating through stop-and-go city traffic easier and more comfortable for riders.

Sharp new graphics, coloured alloy wheels and improved handlebar angle and seat height reinforce the motorcycle’s bold streetfighter character and road presence while making it more comfortable for the rider. The new N160 variants will be available in three new colors: Atlantic Blue, Pearl Metallic White, and Brooklyn Black.
