AXOR Introduces India’s First Locally Manufactured REVO Optical Coated Visors

Vega Auto, the parent company of premium helmet brand AXOR, has become India’s first manufacturer of locally produced REVO Optical Coated Helmet Visors, marking a significant milestone in the country’s rider safety and helmet technology landscape. The achievement follows an investment of over ₹2 crore in advanced optical coating technology and precision manufacturing infrastructure, strengthening India’s capabilities in high-performance helmet components.

The investment also supports Vega Auto’s plans to manufacture up to 2.4 million REVO Optical Coated Visors in the near future, further strengthening its indigenous manufacturing capabilities.

While helmet innovation has traditionally focused on impact protection, AXOR believes rider safety begins much earlier, with what a rider can see. Built around the philosophy “Protection Begins with Vision,” the REVO Optical Coated Visor represents the brand’s next step in advancing rider safety through enhanced visual performance. Using advanced multilayer optical engineering, the visor is designed to better manage glare in bright riding conditions, helping reduce visual fatigue while maintaining optical clarity. The result is a riding experience that enables greater comfort, confidence and road awareness during extended daytime rides.
