The array of immersive audio technologies in Range Rover SV Ultra now includes revolutionary SV Electrostatic Sound, which turns the cabin into a concert hall, alongsideBody and Soul Seats (BASS) and Sensory Haptic Floor.SV Electrostatic Sound is the world’s first application of electrostatic audio technology in a vehicle.
The Electrostatic Sound system features 21 lightweight thin-film transducers to create a personal auditorium for each seat. The 21 electrostatic panels are integratedwithin redesigned winged headrests, seatbacks and existing speaker locations – including those in the headlining – delivering a consistent flow of audio, a seamless frequency range and coherent, uncoloured clarity of sound. The electrostatic speakers are supportedby five existing bass loudspeakers plus Body and Soul Seats to provide unrivalled bass support.
Designed to transmit natural, clear audio with detail and precision, each electrostatic speaker contains an ultra-light, ultra-responsive membrane just 1mm thick.The membrane sits between two perforated metallic plates across which an audio signal is applied, responding up to 1,000 times faster than a traditional speaker, for the kind of immersive, crisp and detailed sound stage normally experienced in a studio orthrough the finest headphones – with minimal vibration or distortion.
Electrostatic speaker technology brings additional benefits, requiring up to 90 per cent less power and saving 90 per cent mass compared to the conventional coilspeakers they replace. Additionally, they are manufactured with zero rare earth elements and from 100 per cent upcycled and recyclable materials by mass.
SV Electrostatic Sound has also been through the signature Range Rover testing and development programme, with more than 1,000 hours of testing in extreme hot and coldweather conditions, from as low as -20C and as high as 65C.
SV Electrostatic Sound works in harmony with Body and Soul Seats and the Sensory Floor1 to create a multi-dimensional listening environment, allowing occupants tohear every note and allowing them to feel the music within their bodies. Clients can also select from six BASS wellness programmes designed to support relaxation and focus, ranging from Calm to Invigorating.
Range Rover SV Ultra introduces Titan Silver, an exclusive exterior finish that uses real fine aluminium flake and advanced pigment technology to create a deep,lustrous surface with a mirror-like quality inspired by liquid metal. Satin Platinum Atlas and Silver Chrome accents complement the exterior, while 23-inch alloy wheels with Satin Platinum inserts enhance its commanding presence along with new Range Rovercentre caps.
Inside, SV Ultra reveals a new duo-tone Orchid White and Cinder Grey Ultrafabrics™ interior, combining advanced material innovation with a serene, leather-free sanctuary.The seats feature an intricate laser-crafted mosaic pattern, while a new rattan palm veneer in a natural open-pore finish adds subtle texture and material depth throughout the cabin.
Range Rover SV’s signature gloss white ceramic finish continues the light theme, alongside colour-matched Orchid Pearl SV speakers, Orchid White seatbelts and SVUltra‑branded treadplates. A new elongated scatter cushion incorporates Kvadrat remix textile, a non-leatheralternative, made from a durable wool and recycled polyester blend, offering a soft and contemporary shape thoughtfully optimised for comfort.

Range Rover SV Ultra is now available with 395 kW petrol mild-hybrid V8, combining effortless performance with the refinement expected of a Range Rover. A fullyelectric version will join the line-up later this year.
