Mercedes-Benz India today inaugurated a new state-of-the-art luxury sales facility in Lucknow, T&T Motors. The new luxury facility from
Mercedes-Benz’s long-standing partners T&T Motors, marks Mercedes-Benz’s strong presence in
Uttar Pradesh and underlining the Three-Pointed Star’s commitment to offering world-class
products and an immersive luxury retail experiences to customers in the city.
The inauguration of T&T Motors Lucknow is part of Mercedes-Benz India’s continued ‘Go to
Customer’ strategy, aimed at bringing global luxury standards, enhanced convenience and
personalised customer experiences closer to key luxury automobile markets across India.
Strategically located in one of Lucknow’s most prominent and upscale neighbourhoods, the facility
offers excellent connectivity and convenient access for customers. The location was selected for
its high visibility, strong luxury residential presence and concentration of existing and potential
luxury car buyers.
Completed within five months, the facility reflects Mercedes-Benz India’s accelerated retail
network expansion and sustained investment in luxury customer experience, in the emerging
metros of the country.
The new showroom spans ~9000 sq. ft. with a 5,000+ sq. ft. carpet area and has been designed
to deliver a seamless and immersive customer experience. The facility showcases four MercedesBenz vehicles while offering customers dedicated consultation spaces and a personalised vehicle
handover experience.
The showroom integrates several premium customer touchpoints including a Top-End Vehicles
Lounge, private and semi-private consultation areas, lifestyle boutique merchandise, and a
dedicated handover bay supported by a Key Presenter for exclusive deliveries. Customers also
benefit from ample parking facilities and EV-ready infrastructure comprising a 180 kW DC fast
charger with two charging bays.
