Royal Enfield has introduced its electric motorcycle, the Flying Flea C6, in European and UK markets following its initial debut in India earlier this year. Inspired by WWII-era design, the motorcycle is the first product under Royal Enfield’s dedicated EV brand, Flying Flea. It features electronic features such as traction control, customizable riding modes, and lean-sensitive ABS, alongside updated equipment including a redesigned LED headlight and handlebar-integrated front indicators.
The motorcycle is powered by a permanent magnet synchronous motor with a peak output of 15.4 kW, paired with a 3.91 kWh battery. Under European testing standards (WMTC), the C6 has a claimed range of 104 km, compared to the 154 km claimed range (IDC) in India, despite identical mechanical and feature specifications. The vehicle features a magnesium alloy motor casing and an NCA battery pack.
European deliveries are scheduled to begin in October across five initial cities: Paris, London, Berlin, Barcelona, and Rome. Pricing is set at EUR 5,990 in Europe and GBP 5,300 in the UK. Coinciding with the launch, Royal Enfield introduced a new “Parachute White” color option, which joins the existing “Flea Green” and “Storm Black” variants and is also available in India for Rs 2.79 lakh (ex-showroom, Bengaluru).
