Bajaj Avenger Street 150/220 Design and colors

Not much has changed in terms of the design. Headlight unit, tail-lamps and side panels are the same. The grab handle has changed on the Street version. The exhaust is new and is designed well than previously one which cut of aggressively. New turn indicators, new gators on the forks and along with all black theme below makes it look sporty. More sporty details come from decals on the tank which also is the same as before. Decals are now seen in new color such as Green, Red and previously Blue and Red

Bajaj Avenger Street 150/220 Chassis, suspension and brakes

The chassis continues to be the same as before. Bajaj says they have tweaked it and even the suspension gets the new treatment. The Avengers ride more taut and stiff than before. Despite that ride quality is good. Brakes also remain the same as well. However changes to the caliper and master cylinder are done in the 220cc variant and they are by Brembo. Street 150 gets brakes from Endurance.

Bajaj Avenger Street 150/220 Engine, gearbox and mileage

The engines are the same as before. The 220cc engines have witnessed a lot of change when it comes ignition and value timings. THe engine now makes more power and torque in the lower rev range. However numbers remain the same. Efficiency and smoothness has been increased and it does deliver on that part. All of this is valid for the 220. The Street 150 engine also comes from the Pulsar and it is tuned to deliver low and mid range torque. Both engines are mated to 5-speed gearbox.
