CEAT MILAZE and Fuelsmarrt tyres have been launched in the country, one is for high selling Taxi SUV segment and other increases fuel efficiency by 7%.

CEAT MILAZE tyres are fabricated from a special functionalized polymer-based compound. The tyre with features like high mileage tread compound and wide circumferential groove increases the longevity and mileage of the tyre and uniformly interacts with the road reducing the noise created due to friction. CEAT MILAZE has new-generation resistance tread compound and optimized NSD shoulder depth for better tread life. Specifically designed for high selling taxi SUV segment in 205/65 R15 size, CEAT MILAZE is now available across India. The niche tyre ends up providing an improved life and load carrying capacity and can do a claimed one lakh kilometers.

CEAT MILAZE tyres use company’s proprietary rubber compound, the range offers customers the ability to cover maximum distance with minimum weathering. Ceat has made sure that there is robust cavity, rigid tread shoulder block and uniform patch results in more safer and secure drives.

CEAT also introduced Fuelsmarrt (Not a typo) tyres for passenger car category across the country. Ceat Fuelsmarrt is designed to improve the vehicle’s fuel efficiency by 7%, as compared to regular passenger car tyres tested in same conditions. CEAT’s Fuelsmarrt tyre range reduces the rolling resistance to the minimum with the help of its interlocked blocks. The aesthetically-designed treads offer a larger and a more uniform surface contact area with the road. The tyres design claims that it increases its longevity and helps it maintain the measure of the rolling resistance throughout its life.

Ceat claims a benefit to consumers in savings is of approximately Rs 15,000 on running 36,500 kilometers.
