Ducati MultiStrada Pikes Peak Edition comes loaded with host of electronics and bares the name of one the most exciting road racing tracks

Ducati in India is ramping up its production when it comes to selling products. The brand has bought in their entire lineup of motorcycles at quite an attractive price tag. Right from the Monster to the MultiStrada. The Panigale story on the other hand is quite different. The other motorcycles such as Monster, Scrambler and Diavel seem to be doing well. To make sure they take on the likes of the adventure motorcycles such as Triumph Tiger, the Italian manufacturer launched the MultiStrada some time back. However, to make it even more special, today Ducati has announced that the manufacturer it has launched Ducati MultiStrada Pikes Peak Edition.

The Ducati MultiStrada Pikes Peak Edition has mechanical and cosmetic upgrades to make sure it lives up to the name. A name which is synonym with the most iconic and well known road racing challenge in America. The MultiStrada Pikes Peaks Edition comes with a livery sticker-ed on to it.

The Ducati MultiStrada Pikes Peak Edition continues to be powered by the Ducati 1200 Testastretta twin-cylinder engine. Electronics package includes Cornering ABS, Cornering Lights on the full-LED headlight, Ducati Wheelie Control, Ducati Traction Control and Cruise Control. The Multistrada also comes with a Bluetooth module together with the Ducati Multimedia System lets riders connect the bike to a smartphone and manage key multimedia functions via the switch gears on both handlebars and displays information on the colour TFT dashboard.

The Multistrada 1200 Pikes Peak is available in a dedicated white, red and black livery with a Ducati red chassis at Rs. 20.6 lakhs ex-showroom Delhi. The limited edition will be available nationwide across all Ducati dealerships such as Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune and Bengaluru. The normal MultiStarda also continues to be on sale for Rs. 14.0 Lakhs and Rs. 16.59 lakhs.
