Hero MotoCorp has recently taken the wraps off its Vida V1 electric scooter. Available in two different variants, V1 Plus and V1 Pro, we take a detailed look at the features and equipment that this electric scooter from the house of Hero has on offer for prospective buyers:
Vida V1 Plus
Priced at Rs 1.45 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), Vida V1 Plus comes equipped with a futuristic design, LED lighting element, and rear split-seat design for better comfort and convenience for riders. In terms of battery capacity, the variant gets a 3.44kWh battery and the company claims a range of 143 km for the Plus variant. The top power and top speed is rated at 6kW and 80kmph scooter respectively and V1 Plus can dash from 0-40 kmph in just 3.4 seconds. Vida V1 Plus is available in a total of 3 shades: Matte White, Gloss Black, and Matte Sports Red.
Vida V1 Pro
The larger battery in V1 Pro is rated at 3.94kWh and offers a claimed range of 165km. The peak power is 6kW and the pro variant can reach 0-40 kmph in just 3.2 seconds with a top speed pegged at 80kmph. Prospective buyers have to shell out Rs 1.59 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) and the scooter can be ordered in four different color schemes: Matte Abrax Orange, Matte Sports Red, Matte White, and Gloss Black.
In terms of common features, both variants get a 7-inch touchscreen TFT display, smartphone connectivity, ride modes, fast charging, and reverse mode among others.
