JSW Motors, the automotive arm of the JSW Group focused on newenergy passenger vehicles, and Tata Elxsi, a global design and technology services company, today
forged an alliance to establish the JNEXT – JSW NextGen Technology Center in Pune. The center will
serve as a strategic engineering hub to support the development of next-generation software-defined,
AI-powered mobility solutions, aligned with the industry’s shift towards connected and electrified
vehicles.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the two partners today to formalise
the strategic partnership. The JNEXT Center will enable close collaboration with JSW Motors’ R&D,
manufacturing, and leadership teams. Tata Elxsi will lead the implementation of the Connected
Vehicle Platform and unified customer experience app for JSW Motors’ upcoming vehicle programs,
owning the platform end-to-end, from conceptualisation and integration to production and aftersales
support, in partnership with a broader ecosystem.

Supplier Partner Conference & Tech Show at its manufacturing facility in Bidkin, Chhatrapati
Sambhajinagar, bringing together senior leadership from its strategic supplier partners, industry
stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
The conference marked a significant milestone in JSW Motors’ journey to build a future-ready
automotive ecosystem in India. The event was designed to provide potential partners with a clear
context, outlining JSW’s product and technologies roadmap, and align expectations as JSW
advances towards its new energy vehicles business vision.
The event was organised in strategic
partnership with the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA), with
over 100+ Auto-Component Business Houses attending the event, reflecting the company’s
commitment to building a robust, collaborative, and future-ready localized supply chain.
The event featured leadership addresses, strategic business sessions and a technology showcase
highlighting solutions and innovations across automotive components, including design,
development and manufacturing and next-generation technologies. It also served as a
collaborative platform to deepen engagement with potential business partners, encourage
knowledge exchange and strengthen long-term partnerships critical to JSW Motors’ growth
ambitions.
