Skoda Kushaq’s price range starts at Rs 10.50 lakh for the base Active petrol 1.0-litre TSI MT variant while in comparison, Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos starts at marginally cheaper Rs 9.99 lakh and Rs 9.95 lakh respectively. The middle variant in the Kushaq range, i.e., Ambition comes with both manual and automatic transmission options priced at Rs 12.80 lakh and Rs 14.20 lakh respectively. Similar to the Base Active trim, the ambition trim too can be hand only with a 1.0-litre TSI engine. The middle trims EX and S of Creta costs Rs 10.96 lakh and Rs 12.19 lakh while Kia has priced Seltos competitively at Rs 10.74 lakh and Rs 11.79 lakh for HTK and HTK Plus variants.
The top-of-the-line style variant in Kushaq offers the customers the choice of having 1.5-litre TSI petrol with both manual and DSG in addition to extending the convenience of 1.0-litre TSI with manual and AT options. The style variant starts at Rs 14.60 lakh (1.0-litre TSI MT) and peaks at Rs 17.60 lakh for 1.5-litre TSI mated to a DSG gearbox. In comparison, the Hyundai Creta range tops at Rs 17.70 lakh for SX(O) Turbo while Kia Seltos culminates at Rs 17.44 lakh for GTX plus DCT model (all prices, ex-showroom, Delhi).
