TVS has submitted a design patent for an exciting new supermoto bike in India, which looks to be the production version of the RTS X 300 concept unveiled at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo. The RTS X 300 features a robust trellis frame complemented by a cast aluminum subframe, utilizing a 43 mm USD fork in the front and a mono-shock suspension at the rear, providing 180 mm of travel on both ends. With a ground clearance of 240 mm and a weight of 143.5 kg, this bike is built for versatility.
Under the hood, it boasts the innovative RTXD4 engine—an impressive 299.1cc powerplant that delivers 34.5 BHP and 28.5 Nm of torque, paired with a smooth 6-speed gearbox. The RTS X 300 embodies a classic supermoto aesthetic, featuring a distinctive front beak, a single-piece seat, and a sleek short tail section. TVS again jumps on the bandwagon of running on the same track as KTM. Whether it is a hit or a miss or does it come close to the KTM, we will look forward to find out.
