2017 Bajaj Discover 125 BSIV is yet another motorcycle in the manufacturer lineup to meet the new emission norms

Bajaj just like other manufacturer is making sure their entire lineup of vehicles are emission compliant. The manufacturer made a strong statement saying that they worked hard to get this done, while other manufacturers are getting away. Bajaj did made a statement that all their motorcycles are now BSIV and now the suits follows in an individual manner. The Discover gets the new BSIV engine and there are details that you can use, have a look!

2017 Bajaj Discover 125 BSIV Design and Dimensions

Everything remains the same when it comes to panels, so the motorcycle looks athletic and muscular at the same time. There are new color schemes though that are offered to spice things up. Colour options include Ebony Black with Deep Red graphics, Ebony Black with Deep Blue graphics along with Electron Blue and Flame Red solid colors.

Bajaj Discover 125 BSIV Chassis, suspension and brakes

Single downtube frame with telescopic front forks and dual sided rear hydraulic shocks that are adjustable can be seen. Both sides gets drum brakes, disc is optional.

Discover 125 BSIV Price and Launch

There are two version and the are priced at Rs. 50,559 for the base variant and Rs. 52,559 for the top end trim with disc brake and electric start.

2017 Discover 125 BSIV Engine And Specification

The motorcycle continues to be the same as it is powered by a 124.6 cc motor which ends up producing 11 PS of maximum power at 8000 RPM and 10.8 Nm of peak torque at 5500 RPM. 2-valve air-cooled motor is now BSIV and should be low on NVH level now. The motorcycle now delivers 82.4 km/l.

Discover 125 BSIV Safety and Features

There is no ABS or CBS offered with the product yet. Feature include a revised instrument cluster with usual tell-tale lights. Tachometers isn’t present. The motorcycle gets 35 W DC lights which is kind of a safety feature when compared.
