BMW’s superbike, S 1000 RR has also generated substantial interest in India, mainly from the current sportbike owners. News suggests that current owners of bikes like the Honda CBR 1000R Fire blade are now wanting to up grade to the top-spec BMW sportbike, and many superbike owners have already booked for the S 1000 RR.

BMW Motorrad offers its complete series of motorcycle models in India, across five segments such as the Sports, Touring, Roadster, Heritage and Adventure series. BMW Motorrad is looking to establish dealerships in all major cities across India over the next 10-12 months.

The BMW G 310 R is manufactured in India by TVS Motors at its production facility located in Hosur. TVS is already working on launching the same motorcycle in its own way which will be called the TVS Apache RR 310S.

Till date, there is no guess as to how much the BMW G 310 R would cost but even though it’s a single-cylinder roadster, the G 310 R will be a premium motorcycle, so we can expect ‘premium’ pricing as well. The BMW G 310 R will rivalling against the likes of the KTM 390 Duke, Duke 250 and Kawasaki Z250 in India. Hope BMW after sales service also provide the best to its customers.
