Ford seems committed to elevating ownership experience and offering accessibility to customers, Ford India today extended its sales and service network with the inauguration of new JSP Ford showroom and service facility in Bengaluru. The showroom spreading over 13000-sq. ft. is located at 688, 100ft Ring Road, 15th Cross, JP Nagar 2nd Phase, Bengaluru.
JSP Ford will support customers with servicing and spares parts with its two 2S (Service and Spares) facilities located at Site No.5 & 6A, Khatha No.451/338, Opp IIMB, Bilekahalli, Balekahalli, Bannerghatta Road and #4/2, Hommadevana Halli, CK Palya Main Road, off Bannerghatta Main Road.
Inaugurating the new facility Ford also announced the relocation of its dealership Elite Ford led by Mr. Jas Preeth Singh to Durga Waves, no 186/26,26A Mahadevapura, next to ICICI Bank, Narayanapura, White Filed, Bengaluru. The new facility is spread over an area of 8000 sq. ft. and will offer the overall range of Ford products. Going further in strengthening the existing and the new relationships, the shop floors at JSP Ford and Elite Ford will deliver Ford’s promise of a differentiated experience.
Living the promise of trust & transparency: Ford introduced the Service Price Promise via the service price on its website. The price promise allows the customer to know the cost of periodic maintenance or parts even before booking the service at a Ford dealership. Using the Cost Calculator, customers carrying the print-out of the web quote will get treated to complete trust and transparency at JSP Ford dealership and Elite Ford. Ford Service Price Promise joins a whole host of features and services launched by Ford across dealerships to ensure customer convenience, accessibility and affordability.
