Today it announces one more such service which should make things easier for motorcyclist around the world. A motorcycle breaking down while you are riding to work or your weekend ride can be the ideal things to take your stress and anger levels to all new level. To make sure there is some one to help always, the company has decided to introduce road side assistance nationwide for its existing and new customers.
However, there are terms and conditions for existent motorcyclist of the brand. The service won’t be available for bikes that are less than five years old, for it to qualify for service. Meanwhile all the newly sold motorcycle from the brand will get a free one year RSA contract, existing owners can avail the same service for a charge of Rs. 800/- if their motorcycles are between 1-3 years age old. If you want to increase the RSA assistance it will cost you Rs. 1000/. The same amount is applicable between the 3-5 year motorcycles as well.
The Royal Enfield Road Side assistance will offer two types of services. For example, free towing services from the breakdown spot to the nearest service centre only if the distance is less than 100 km. If the issue can be fixed on the spot, the guys from the RSA department will send a mechanic to fix the bike on the spot. Small issues like punctures, a drained battery and low fuel are also covered in the package.
