2017 MV Agusta Dragster 800 RC is work of art as always and comes with scintillating drag strip performance

The San Marino based motorcycle maker, MV Agusta has probably the most stunning collection of motorcycles ever built in its portfolio. Fittingly, the company calls its products Motorcycle Art. Even though, the company doesn’t really boast of a huge numbers of products they have been over the years managing pretty well in terms model freshness, be releasing special limited edition models of their motorcycles.

The latest product arrives just after the recently unveiled 2017 MV Agusta F3 800 RC, and is called the 2017 MV Agusta Dragster 800 RC. This marks the Dragsters entry into the stunning RC range from MV Agusta. MV says that this new bike is for the true enthusiast who wants to taste the spirit of racing and the associated technology that forms an integral part of the sport. As Italians only know how to do, the 2017 MV Agusta Dragster 800 RC arrives with compact and lightweight design with incredible performance to complement it.

The Triple-inline makes a staggering 140 BHP @ 13100 RPM and has that stunning three pipes for that exhaust we just cannot have enough of. The console has an LCD panel making it look classy and readable at the same time. The instrumentation also includes the Motor & Vehicle Integrated Control System with four riding modes. Then you also get the MV’s version of the quick-shifter called, EAS 2.0 for both Up and Down-shifts.

The 2017 MV Agusta Dragster 800 RC offers an 8 stage Traction Control and can also be turned off at will. The RC also gets ample usage of carbon fiber with the front mud-guard and radiators heat deflectors. The compact faring and the RC forged wheels also adds up to the lightness overall. The USD forks are anodized and fully adjustable. The rear suspension of the 2017 MV Agusta Dragster 800 RC is also available with fully adjustable system and is a Sachs unit. The front brakes are 320 mm Brembo four pots. The 2017 MV Agusta Dragster 800 RC will have a limited run of just 350 units.
