FGR Midalu 2500 V6 is a bike with insane numbers and panels that question imagination and challenges your bravery
For long (10 years to be precise) we had heard about the FGR Midalu 2500 V6 hyperbike, but only now the six-cylinder Czech-built motorcycle has been launched for the ones who can buy it and is finally going into production. We reckon, even though the bike weighs as much as a mountain (262kg on the scale) there are still some real interesting bits on it. For the most part we liked the Czech company’s willingness to make something that is a standard deviation or two from the normal motorcycling market and product ideas.
Then there are many of those little elements on the FGR Midalu 2500 V6 that inspires us to look deeper into this really special bike and thus is worth spending some time admiring. Things like the machined swingarm, the stunning six-outlet exhaust and that gorgeous billet engine block are some of the few very interesting and particularly special bits on the bike.
These are for sure going to capture attention wherever this absolute mad monster powered by 2442cc 90° v-twin engine will go. Then there is the fact that this crazy motorcycle makes a thoroughly anti-social 240 BHP and an equally sumptuous 160 Nm of peak torque output. This big bad engine and the bike are kept together with a steel trellis frame and the suspension is from Öhlins and top spec Brembo brakes provide de-acceleration prowess.
Just in case you are brave enough and doesn’t mind looking like someone who doesn’t really like the societal norms and like to it too, then let us tell you that this FGR Midalu 2500 V6 will require you to set aside a cool €120,000 to own one. Which in US money is around $131,000 and we are not even going to convert it for you in INR, let’s just say, it is a LOT. Have a look at the pictures and drool over the bike in the video below. Do not forget to tell us what you think of it in the comments section below.
