2020 Bajaj BS6 Motorcycles Official Specifications and Prices are out. Among the prominent ones which have got the new motor include Avenger Street 160 and Pulsar NS 160, 180F, and 220F. Thanks to this upgrade which is limited only to engine updation, prices of the bikes have also increased by a considerable margin. 2020 Bajaj BS6 Motorcycles includes the Avenger Street 160 is priced at Rs 94,893 which translates into an increase of Rs 11,600 over the outgoing BS4 model. The bike comes powered with a 160cc engine and features fuel injection technology with an output of 15PS and 13.7Nm. The BS4 engine of the bike, on the other hand, had an output of 13.5Nm.
The price revision in Pulsar NS 160 BS6 model is Rs 10,457 over its outgoing BS4 model. The updated bike produces 17.2PS and 14.6Nm while its BS4 counterpart was good enough
only for the 15.5PS. Again here the engine was updated with fuel injection technology to achieve cleaner emissions.
The change in the price of BS6 Pulsar 180F is Rs 11,437 as the updated model is priced at Rs 1,07,827 (ex-showroom). The engine displaces 178.6 cc and makes 17.02PS and 14.52Nm of max power and max torque respectively. These output numbers are more or less similar to the performance of the outgoing bike and apart from the new engine; no other change has been incorporated on the bike.
The price revision is comparatively mild in Pulsar 220F BS6 version as the new model is Rs 9000 dearer than the BS4 model it replaces. The new fuel-injected 220cc BS6 engine now produces 20.4PS and 18.55 Nm and interestingly, the power figures of the updated bike are marginally lower than 20.9PS produced by its outgoing model.
