2019 Benelli 752S Naked Street Fighter has a healthy rival list and packs decent fire power to go fight the battle
The middle weight sport naked segment will soon get a new contender in the form of Benelli 752S. The production version of the 752S has been unveiled at 2018 EICMA motorcycle show and the bike will go on sale in Europe next year. Once launched, the Benelli 752S will take on the likes of Triumph Street Triple, Yamaha MT 07, and Ducati Monster among others.
The styling of 752S is typically sport naked with minimum body work to aid speed and performance. The Trellis frame takes pride of the place as it accommodates a 750 cc, twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled, petrol engine with double overhead cam configuration. This 4-valve motor is good for 77bhp of max power along with 67Nm of max torque and comes mated to a 6-speed transmission.
For the suspension duties, Benelli has used a 50 mm fully adjustable Marzocchi USD fork at the front while at the rear a 45 mm adjustable monoshock has been used. Braking hardware is equally impressive with Brembo four-piston 320 mm twin-discs upfront and a single-piston with 250 mm disc at the rear taking the charge. Further enhancing the stopping power is dual channel Anti-lock braking system (ABS) which is standard part of the equipment. Other notable features on the bike include colored TFT screen and LED lighting both at front and rear.
The Benelli 752S comes with the seat height of 810 mm and it has fuel tank capacity of 14.5-liter. In terms of colors, the prospective buyers can choose from three different options – green, white, and black. As mentioned earlier, this naked sport bike will be launched in Europe next year and it could very well make its way to the Indian market too. The reason behind this optimism is the recent tie-up that Benelli has announced with Mahavir group.
