TVS 24/7 Road Side Assistance Program Introduced to make sure customer experience stays positive overall and benefits both parties

TVS Motors today rolled out ‘24/7 Road Side Assistance Program (RSA)’ for its 2 wheeler customers across the country. The company has launched this program across 70 cities in India under Phase 1. In its next phase of this expansion, TVS will ramp-up this service to 200 cities across the country by October 2016. This has been done because, as we know that TVS has a reputation for a strong after-sales experience that it gives to its customers.

TVS 24/7 Road Side Assistance Program aims to resolve on-road problems faced by customer. This will be done through a 24/7 helpline and personal help. The services include an array of things that are covered. Things such as spare key pick-up and fuel delivery. TVS says that they can carry on site repair, which will make sure that the customers continue their journey.

TVS 24/7 Road Side Assistance Program services extend up to an extent where a cab arrangement, accident assistance and towing of vehicles can be done. With 28 million TVS owners a part of this package, this will now benefit a lot of customers and already there is strong positive response and appreciation for this program.

TVS 24/7 Road Side Assistance Program is applicable on every new and existing TVS vehicle under warranty (Scooters and Motorcycles) with no additional charges. TVS Motor Company’s dealers will be seen organizing various awareness campaigns across their network to make the consumer aware for the same. Complete rollout of this program, pan India, will happen by March 2017. Customers can connect through the previously launched TVSM Service App to avail of this new program.
